First stage of the project is a master planning for roof cover of a main subway vehicle depot in Shenzhen, China. The whole site consists 6 plots, including residential community both high rise and low rise with school education facilities; commercial buildings including office tower and office villas; and large scale retail space.

Site 4 consists of three main programs: twin office towers, service apartment and retail shopping park. The retail space is directly connected to subway station for better pedestrian access.
